Every Surefire grill has been designed to burn gas or wood (lump charcoal). An easily removable charcoal wood box (optional) allows you to fire your grill with either fuel, depending on the recipe you have planned. Other options available on Surefire grills are a side burner and a vinyl cover for outdoor protection.
